Thats the first week finished! I’ve run 47km this week. 47 very cold kilometres!! I wish it was RED July!!! I have decided to try to run 100 miles this month. I think having a number in my head will keep me motivated. I hope so anyway because these temperatures sure arent.
Today was a crappy run. It was cold and I didn’t enjoy it. I would really like a drink too but I know if I have one i’ll have another 3. I suck at moderation. It was cold and dark out there! Running in the cold does not make me happy but its done and thats the main thing. I guess. Super cool unicorn leggings which actually belong to my 11 year.
Day 4 done! Had a running buddy tonight so there were two pairs of awesome leggings. I ran with my little girl tonight. This kid is the reason I’m still here fighting. It was great to have a running buddy and she did so well!
Day 3 of Run Every Day January done! A bit Further, a bit faster and with even more awesome leggings ( cant beat some Mr Men).
