Day 13 of RED January is done. I didn’t want to go. Actually I didn’t want to do anything or talk to anyone or get dressed or eat today. I made excuses, picked a fight with Richard then went back to bed and hid under the duvet. Then I gave my head a shake, put…… Continue reading Day 13. Not a great day
Day 11 out in the dark. I ran with a friend which was good because I really felt like giving up at 2 km. My foot was sore. It was windy. It was cold. All excuses.
