Day 16

RED day 16 done. I am over half way. My shins do not appear to love running everyday although the impact is easier on them using the treadmill. I wanted to run on the boulevard today but woke up with a sore throat and sore ears so it was a safer plan to stay home if I want to finish this thing I’ve started!
I have run 77 miles in 16 days, I want to run at least 100 miles by January 31st. 23 miles and 15 days left to go.
