Today was a long day! I didn’t sleep much because I drank a bottle of wine while I spent 3 hours on the phone to my dad and didn’t hang up until after 1am. I woke up with a killer headache on a school holiday which is never fun. I do however have fab friends one of whom picked up the littlest monster and took him out for lunch in the local play centre. It took me a few hours to pull myself round so I missed my training run.

Anyway this is the result of todays square – finished after I got back from dinner and a couple of gin & tonics with friends. I quite like this one.

The strawberry stitch isnt too hard once you get your head around carrying the yarn through the stitches. Crochet Rockstar has a good tutorial.
